For over 20 years in both the manufacturing sector and service sector, and with regional experience from Rwanda and Uganda, I have dedicated my career to not only delivering exceptional continual quality and business improvement standards but also acquiring the right combination of knowledge, skill and experience in these and exemplary customer experience fields.

The result of the above is what International Organization for Standardization (ISO) refers to as Competency.

With a view of bringing a wholistic approach to ISO Certification, Continual Quality Improvement, Business Processes Improvement and excellent Customer Experience, Premier Advantage Consulting was born to among other things;
